In a stunning turn of events, Rep. Jim Jordan has is now reportedly planning on suspending the planned third vote on his speakership and instead will be a compromise with Dems to empower Rep. Patrick McHenry to serve as temporary speaker.
The move was widely derided by many conservative observers, as McHenry is viewed as a ‘RINO’ by many.
