According to the Associated Press, A Florida federal judge has voided the national mask mandates for public transporation, including on airplanes.
U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle made the decision.
She also said that “the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention improperly failed to justify its decision and did not follow proper rulemaking.”
The mask mandates were recently extended to May 3rd before Judge Mizelle made her ruling.
